Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get your music to you as fast as we can! We typically process orders within 2-4 business days, but this may vary slightly depending on order volume or other factors. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Times:
    • US Orders: Most domestic orders shipped via USPS typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
    • International Orders: International shipping times can vary depending on location, but generally take 1-4 weeks after dispatch.
    • Pre-Orders: Pre-orders typically ship close to the official release date, but this can vary (sometimes drastically) due to conditions beyond our control. We'll send you a notification when your pre-order is on its way!

US Shipping:
We offer media mail shipping via USPS for CDs, vinyl and cassettes shipping within the US. All other merch is shipped First Class Mail. 

International Shipping:
Unless otherwise requested, international orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail International.  PLEASE NOTE: International customers may be subject to VAT and import duties upon receiving their package. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout by LIF Records. 

Lost Package?
We understand packages can go astray sometimes. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at lifrecords42069@gmail.com and we'll be happy to try to track it down. However, please note that LIF Records cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

Changes or Questions?
If you need to change your shipping address for an order, please contact us as soon as possible at lifrecords42069@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.
