RETURN POLICY


Standard Returns & Exchanges (for non-vinyl items):

Returns:  You can return or exchange most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by LIF Records within 7 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Exchanges:  We'll gladly send you a replacement item (subject to availability). Customer will be responsible for return postage of the original item and any additional shipping cost for the new item (if applicable).

How to Return or Exchange:
Contact us at lifrecords42069@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the completed return form we'll provide. Ship the item back to us with tracking information.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at lifrecords42069@gmail.com with photos or a short video documenting the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the situation, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund (including original shipping costs).

Vinyl Records:
We take special care when packaging vinyl records to minimize damage during shipping. However, minor cosmetic imperfections may occasionally occur due to handling by the postal service. LIF Records is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage, such as slight corner dings or seam splits. We will replace or refund warped, damaged, or defective vinyl records. Please contact us at lifrecords42069@gmail.com with photos or a short video documenting the issue.

Please Note:  We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in cases of excessive return history. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by contacting us via email.
